In his role as Chief Growth Officer Rick Singh oversees enterprise strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and ventures for Fiserv.
With more than 20 years of experience leading mergers and acquisitions, directing public equity investments and managing portfolios, Singh utilizes his broad expertise to drive growth for the company.
Prior to joining Fiserv in 2024, Singh spent more than a decade at JP Morgan as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager in U.S. equities, which oversees over $400B in assets.
His previous experience also includes serving as a Partner and Managing Director at multi-billion-dollar investment firms, 3G Capital, Karsch Capital Management, and Standard Pacific Capital. Singh began his career at Salomon Smith Barney as an investment banker in mergers and acquisitions, where he worked on some of the largest M&A transactions in history.
Singh is dedicated to mentoring future leaders and is the founder of The Sony Group, a mentorship organization focused on uplifting community members in their professional lives. Singh holds a B.S. in commerce from the University of Virginia.
