Chief Legal Officer
Eric C. Nelson is Chief Legal Officer at Fiserv, overseeing the legal function, government relations, and corporate secretary matters. He joined the company in 2006 and has held numerous roles at Fiserv – both in the legal department and as head of Investor Relations.
Beginning in 2021, Nelson was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Fiserv. Prior to joining the company, Nelson practiced with the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, specializing in corporate securities, governance, and M&A.
He holds a law degree from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Economics and Asian Studies from Dartmouth College.
