Chief Business Officer
Andreas Beroutsos is Chief Business Officer and a member of the Management Committee of Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), responsible for strategy, investments, M&A, partnerships/joint ventures, and key cross-business initiatives to accelerate enterprise growth.
Prior to joining Fiserv in August 2026, Beroutsos worked for nearly 20 years as a senior investor/portfolio manager/CIO and business leader in Private Equity (Insight Partners, BW Group, CDPQ and Eton Park), investing significant equity in more than 50 companies (control, minority and growth), in sectors including financial services, physical and digital infrastructure, and technology; across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
Earlier in his career, Beroutsos was a Senior Partner with McKinsey & Co., Inc. for more than 15 years, where he led the global Private Equity and NA Financial Services practices, while also leading Global Recruiting and co-leading the committee that elected the Senior Partners of the Firm.
In 2013-2014, he was selected by the European Commission, ECB, IMF and the Greek Government as fiduciary Board member of the systemically critical initiative that successfully stabilized and re-capitalized the Greek banking system.
He received his undergraduate (Social Studies) and graduate (MBA) degrees from Harvard University. He has served on the Boards of numerous not-for-profit organizations in the US and Europe, primarily in education and the arts.
