We believe our actions will speak louder than words, and accordingly, we’ve created our Forward Together action plan to support our associates and communities:

  • We will improve diversity across all levels of our organization. 
  • We will increase associate awareness, education and participation in diversity and inclusion programs. 
  • We will invest $10 Million to support Black- and minority-owned businesses. 
  • We will support community groups with missions focused on human rights, racial equity and social justice. 

We believe these actions will help build an even brighter future for our clients, associates and shareholders, as we stand together to help move the world forward.

Employee Resource Groups

An important aspect of the Fiserv experience is our commitment to creating an environment that celebrates inclusion in the workplace. One of the ways we achieve this is through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which are voluntary networks designed to unite associates across the company who share a common background, identity, characteristic, affiliation, or life experience, as well as those interested in supporting these communities. These groups play an instrumental role in furthering our commitment to creating an inclusive culture by providing a forum for associates to connect, share their perspectives, exchange ideas, support each other, and elevate their professional development and careers. As such, Fiserv offers recurrent Diversity and Inclusion training to all associates, and all associates are eligible and encouraged to join any ERG, regardless of how they identify.
