California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA)

 

If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights available to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regarding Gyft cards, Clover, and/or certain other products or services.  

Information you may provide to a financial institution to obtain a financial product or service, that results from a transaction between the financial institution and you, or is otherwise obtained by a financial institution in connection with providing a financial product or service to you is likely to fall out of scope of the CCPA. 

If you would like to find out more about your information used in processing financial transactions, please contact the financial institution who issued your card or account, or you may contact the merchant or biller associated with your transaction.

If you are an agent or representative of a California consumer under the CCPA, please contact legalpapers@firstdata.com.    

Important: When you send a request to us in relation to CCPA please do not include in your message any Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, accompanying security codes, access codes or passwords, nor medical nor health insurance information.   We do not use this information for validating the identity of requesters nor will we disclose such information in response to a request.

GYFT

If you are a California resident, have a Gyft account, and would like to make a CCPA rights request with respect to your personal information, please log in to your password-protected account at https://app.gyft.com/#/login so that we may verify your identity and proceed with the CCPA rights request process by clicking on “Account” and then “Profile”.

If you are a California resident and you do not have a Gyft account, please follow the instructions provided in the Other section below to submit a request.

CLOVER

If you are a California resident, and would like to make a CCPA rights request regarding your use of a Clover point of sale device, you will be asked to provide information from your Clover receipt.  To begin the process of entering a CCPA rights request for Clover, please contact the Fiserv Privacy Office via the following link: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Requests.

OTHER
