Language Mapping

Synopsis: The Language Mapping Component is a customizable UI element designed to support with the pages as per the language selection. It provides the following configurable fields based on the user experience and appearance required.

Content Fields: Page Path

Options:

Language: drop-down field

Usage: All pages. 

Authoring Steps:

  1. In AEM Author, navigate to select the required page. (Check box should be checked)

  2. Click on Page Properties. (Header nav)

  3. In the Page Properties dialog, click the Fiserv tab in the header.

  4. Under the Language Mapping, click on Add (Multi).

  5. Open the Language dropdown and select the required language from the pre‑populated list.

  6. Add the Page Path by either browsing to the page from field option or copying and pasting the path.

  7. It is mandatory for the author to provide the current page URL for one of the list item.

    Note:     Language dropdown is visible on page only when the Language mapping properties authored.
