Small business sales soar, Retail leads the way

The Fiserv Small Business Index^® jumped 6 points to 147 in October

Highlights:

• Sales growth was up +3.7% MoM, YoY growth exploded to +7.1%
• Transaction growth pace was similar, +3.0% MoM, +8.8% YoY
• Consumers delivered a bold start to the holiday season for Retail
