Robert W. Hau
Chief Financial Officer
Robert (Bob) Hau is Chief Financial Officer at Fiserv, Inc., and provides oversight for all financial functions of the company.
Hau has more than 35 years of experience in business and financial leadership roles. He joined Fiserv as CFO in 2016, during which time the company has grown from $5.5 billion in annual revenue to $17.7 billion in revenue in 2022. Hau was instrumental in the combination of Fiserv and First Data Corporation in 2019, which transformed Fiserv into one of the world’s leading payment and financial technology providers serving financial institutions, corporate and merchant clients and consumers globally.
Hau was previously CFO of TE Connectivity Ltd., a $12 billion global product technology company, and Lennox International Inc. He also spent 22 years at Honeywell International Inc. in a variety of financial and operations leadership roles, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of its Aerospace Business Group, Specialty Materials Business Group and Aerospace Electronic Systems Unit.
Hau is a member of the board of directors of OpenText. His nonprofit commitments include serving on the board of directors of SHARP Literacy, a Milwaukee-based educational organization. He also is a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee and a director of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association. Hau has played a pivotal role in the move of Fiserv headquarters from Brookfield, Wisconsin to downtown Milwaukee as part of the company’s continued evolution, which was a key factor in the company receiving the 2023 Westown Community Impact Award for its neighborhood investment.
Hau holds a master’s degree in business administration from the USC Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette, where he currently is part of the President’s Advisory Council and Department of Finance Advisory Board. In 2023, he was named Marquette University’s College of Business Administration Distinguished Alumnus of the Year.
