Forum is our largest annual event for clients, featuring world-class speakers and thought leadership sessions, networking with peers and experts, and hands-on access to latest fintech and payments innovations.

Forum is September 29–October 1, 2024 at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.

Fiserv clients from financial institutions, including banks and credit unions of all sizes; large merchants, eCommerce and corporates; and consumer billers, fintech providers and other service providers.

The full conference registration fee is $2,295 per person. Registration fees and deadlines are:

     • Conference Fee March 18–April 30: $1,695 per person

     • Conference Fee May 1–September 29: $2,295 per person

Registration includes access to all Forum sessions, meal functions and receptions.

Guests of Fiserv clients are welcome. Guest fees are $895 per person and include access to all meal functions, evening receptions and the Client Appreciation Experience, which features headline entertainment. Please note that all guests must be at least 21 years old.

All guests must be age 21 or over.

When you register for the conference, you will be prompted to make hotel reservations at The Venetian with rooms available at special conference rates.

During registration, when making your hotel reservation online, you may indicate room preferences, such as bed type. Please note the hotel cannot guarantee room requests, although the hotel will do its best to accommodate each guest.

Fiserv has negotiated a room rate of $239 USD per night, plus tax & resort fee at The Venetian during the conference dates. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, all preferences are based on hotel availability.

Group check-in is Sunday, September 29 and check-out is Wednesday, October 2.

Extended Stay Requests

If you select additional nights (pre/post extension), those nights are subject to hotel availability. Once the hotel confirms your additional night(s), you will receive an updated registration confirmation via email from Fiserv Meeting Services. Do not contact the hotel directly. You must book your hotel reservations through this online registration process.

Room reservations made after Thursday, August 29, 2024, cannot be guaranteed at the Fiserv conference rate.

There are affordable options to get from Las Vegas’ Harry Reid International Airport to The Venetian. Typically, a taxi or ride-share service will cost less than $40. Transportation options can be found on the transportation page of the airport’s website.

For parking validation, please reference the following:

Overnight Guests - Upon hotel check-in, inform the front desk that you are part of the Forum meeting and need to apply the parking fee to your folio. Key cards will serve as in & out privileges.

Day Guests - Upon arrival at the Forum Registration desk, request a parking pass when you pick up your badge. You will need one pass for each day you are parking.

Please note: Validation is for self-parking only, in the Palazzo or Venetian garage, in any areas designated for guests.

Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference sessions and casual attire is appropriate for evening events. Keep in mind that the temperature inside the conference center tends to be cool.

For security purposes, conference attendees and their registered guests will be issued official name badges at registration. These badges are required for entry to all conference events.

Each attendee will need to register separately as each badge is valid for one attendee. Badge sharing, splitting or reproduction is prohibited.

Your badge is your entry pass to all Forum events, so be sure to keep an eye on it. If it’s misplaced, the full registration fee of $2,295 will be charged for a single badge reprint.

Registered guests of Forum attendees are welcome to attend the Client Appreciation Experience. The $895 guest fee includes access to all meal functions, evening receptions, as well as the Client Appreciation Experience. Please remember all guests must be 21 years old.
