A 360-Degree View of Customer Relationships Gives Bank the Lead in Innovation

Poland's third-largest bank worked with Fiserv to create a centralized, customer-friendly solution for fees and product management, gaining a 360-degree view of each customer based on aggregated data from multiple systems.

Bank Zachodni WBK (BZ WBK) replaced their complex structure for account services and fee calculations with a new pricing and billing module. Integrated with the Signature® platform, a complete, real-time, scalable solution, this module quickly made a positive impact on customers and staff.

After only a few months, the new structure reduced the cost of acquiring new funds for the bank by 8-10 percent. All product- and fee-based services were centralized into one unified customer system. Streamlining business processes related to management, calculations, and billing of all fees and charges has reduced costs and elevated BZ WBK back as the innovation leader for the markets it serves.
