Jennifer LaClair
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer for Fiserv Inc., Jennifer (Jenn) LaClair is responsible for revenue growth, sales execution, and client satisfaction through the integration and alignment of revenue-related functions across the organization.
LaClair brings over twenty years of experience in strategy, finance and operating roles primarily in the financial services industry. She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Ally Financial, the largest digital-only online bank and a leading national retail auto lender. LaClair was responsible for finance, accounting, treasury, modeling and analytics and supply chain. She focused on executing disciplined capital allocation to enhance lending returns, increase core deposit funding, diversify into new businesses, and drive digital transformation.
LaClair’s background includes experience leading strategic and financial planning and delivering profitable growth across sectors. She spent ten years at PNC Financial Services, where she held numerous business and finance leadership roles, including serving as CFO for all businesses spanning consumer, commercial and corporate banking, mortgage, and asset management and later as the head of the Business Bank. She also spent six years with McKinsey & Company, specializing in strategy, operations, and business transformation consulting. She began her career in international development, working on economic development programs in Europe, the Middle East, and West Africa.
LaClair currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Whirlpool Corporation and the Richmond Federal Reserve Bank, where she is the chair of the IT committee. She graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo and earned an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, where she currently serves on the Women In Finance Advisory board.
