As the digital explosion continued to change the face of the financial services landscape, Central Valley Community Bank knew it needed to expand its digital presence in order to stay competitive in the markets it serves.
The bank researched several products and ultimately chose to implement Corillian Online as its new online banking platform in July 2011. Eighteen months later Central Valley added Mobiliti as its new mobile banking platform.
Central Valley customers took to the engaging user interface and self-service capabilities of both Corillian Online and Mobiliti, and adoption has been extremely good. More than 35 percent of the bank’s online banking customers are now dedicated Mobiliti users.Download
