Central Pacific Bank has realized significant cost savings and efficiencies from moving to outsourced account processing.

In the first year of outsourcing, the bank saved $1.3 million, and the majority of the expenses saved were from technology reduction.

"Our engineers and our analysts were repurposed to become business analysts and business partners with our internal departments," said Adrienne Chee, vice president, division manager, IT & Deposit Operations, Central Pacific Bank. "The bank has been refocused, and everything is all about the customer – not about keeping the lights on."
