Providing a smooth, successful transition to the Precision® bank platform from Fiserv is the task of our project management and installation teams. On average, they conduct about forty new installations and twenty acquisition conversions per year.

Having orchestrated hundreds of successful bank conversions, our team members are experts in moving financial institutions to Precision, as well as in incorporating new branches and completing mergers and acquisitions, including those assisted by the FDIC.

The conversion process includes a number of tasks for both your financial institution and the Fiserv team. While no two conversions are the same, each consists of a series of milestones to be achieved by specific dates. The conversion schedule is based on your expectations and the availability of Fiserv conversion resources; however, the ideal conversion process is based on a six-month timeline.

  • Project manager: A project manager from Fiserv coordinates the implementation process, providing you with a detailed project plan and collaborating with your own conversion coordinator to see that all deadlines are met. The project manager also coordinates with other Fiserv experts regarding the installation of applications integrated with Precision
  • Transition representative: We assign a transition representative to your financial institution for a brief period after the live conversion. This Fiserv associate helps expedite answers to your questions about the system and teach your staff about Fiserv support resources
