At Fiserv, we aspire to move money and information in a way that moves the world. Our clients do the same thing every day. You enable people to achieve their life goals – and even their dreams – with information, innovation and passion.
But getting an education, starting a business and buying a home don't happen by accident. They start with financial literacy. At the earliest ages, and throughout life, people need to understand how their financial decisions will impact their futures. This is why we're committed to elevating financial literacy to financial intelligence.
Throughout Forum 2019, you'll have opportunities to engage with your colleagues and elevate the conversation on financial literacy.
We're working with the nonprofit First Book to get 6,000 children's books on financial literacy into the hands of local children. Titles such as "The Lemonade War" and "Just Enough Carrots" will help local children get a head start on their financial knowledge. When you pick up your Forum badge, you'll receive a book to which you can add your own personal note to inspire a young reader. Have a quick word of advice or an inspiring message for a young child? This is your chance to share it!
Tackling an issue as big as financial literacy will take all of us. On May 8, we'll host our second annual Financial Intelligence Power Breakfast featuring Kristen Berman, co-founder of Irrational Labs and an expert on consumer behavior. Berman will lead us in a research-informed discussion on helping consumers make healthier financial choices. Focused on elevating financial literacy to financial intelligence, we'll explore how we can all work together to create change.
We have reserved your space and look forward to seeing you.
