Dr. Condoleezza Rice

66th U.S. Secretary of State

From January 2005 to January 2009, Dr. Condoleezza Rice served as the 66th Secretary of State of the United States, the second woman and first black woman to hold the post. Rice also served as President George W. Bush’s Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs (National Security Advisor) from January 2001 to January 2005, the first woman to hold the position. Rice has proven to be a significant leader during a time of unprecedented and tumultuous world affairs, recognized for her courageous efforts to foster worldwide freedoms for all people. Her great love of America and her faith in its core values are the foundational strength of her presentations regarding foreign policy, education and the empowerment of women. Rice is the author of three New York Times best-sellers, Extraordinary, Ordinary People: A Memoir of Family (2010), No Higher Honor: A Memoir of My Years in Washington (2011), and Democracy: Stories from the Long Road (2017). Her newest book, To Build a Better World: Choices to End the Cold War and Create a Global Commonwealth was released in 2019. Rice is also a contributor to CBS News. Condoleezza Rice is the Tad and Dianne Taube Director and the Thomas and Barbara Stephenson Senior Fellow on Public Policy at the Hoover Institution, as well as the Denning Professor in Global Business and Economy at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Mark Zandi

Chief Economist, Moody’s Analytics

Mark M. Zandi is chief economist of Moody’s Analytics, where he directs economic research. Moody’s Analytics, a subsidiary of Moody’s Corp., is a leading provider of economic research, data and analytical tools. Dr. Zandi is a cofounder of, which Moody’s purchased in 2005. He is a trusted adviser to policymakers and an influential source of economic analysis for businesses, journalists and the public. Dr. Zandi is the author of Paying the Price: Ending the Great Recession and Beginning a New American Century, which provides an assessment of the monetary and fiscal policy response to the Great Recession. His other book, Financial Shock: A 360º Look at the Subprime Mortgage Implosion, and How to Avoid the Next Financial Crisis, is described by the New York Times as the “clearest guide” to the financial crisis. Dr. Zandi is host of the Inside Economics podcast. Dr. Zandi earned his BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his PhD at the University of Pennsylvania.

Frank Bisignano

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Frank Bisignano is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors of Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a global leader in financial services and payments technology solutions for financial institutions, businesses and consumers. The company serves clients in more than 100 countries, was named among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company in 2021 and 2022 and has been recognized as one of FORTUNE World's Most Admired Companies® for 11 of the past 14 years. Bisignano joined Fiserv in 2019 and led the company’s day-to-day operations as President and Chief Operating Officer before assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer in July 2020. Prior to joining Fiserv, Bisignano served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Data. During his tenure, Bisignano transformed the 48-year-old company from the world’s largest traditional payment processor into a technology innovator, industry collaborator, and commerce enabler for the 21st century. He also led its $2.6 billion initial public offering in 2015, the largest U.S. IPO of the year.

Before joining First Data, Bisignano served as Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Mortgage Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in banks and global financial institutions, Bisignano also served in multiple leadership positions at Citigroup, including Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the company’s Global Transaction Services unit. 


Guy Chiarello

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Guy Chiarello oversees the company’s technology and operations with a focus on elevating the client experience, creating a high-performance workplace and supporting the company’s future growth. In this role he partners closely with the company’s business leaders in the development and commercialization of the next generation of Fiserv solutions. Chiarello has been at the forefront of banking, technology, and innovation for more than 30 years. He has led product development and technology for three Fortune 500 companies and is recognized as a leader in the technology industry.

Most recently, Chiarello served as Chief Administrative Officer at Fiserv, overseeing the company’s technology and operations. Prior to the combination of Fiserv and First Data Corporation, Chiarello was the President of First Data Corporation, a global leader in commerce-enabling technology. Previously, he was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he led global technology across all lines of business in more than 60 countries. He has also served as the CIO of Morgan Stanley, where he began his career in financial services. Chiarello has been recognized multiple times by Institutional Investor magazine among its “Top Tech 50” and by Information Week as a “Global CIO Top 50”, was a NASSCOM CIO of the Year and is considered a key advisor by many leading Silicon Valley companies and technology CEOs in the industry. He is a philanthropic leader who has been recognized by numerous organizations for his charitable efforts.


Susan Kereere

Head of Global Business Solutions

As Head of Global Business Solutions, Suzan Kereere oversees the company’s merchant-focused offerings, including the Clover® business management platform and Carat™ enterprise omnichannel commerce platform. Kereere leverages her extensive experience leading payments and technology businesses to deliver excellence for clients ranging from small and mid-sized companies to global enterprises. Most recently, Kereere served as Chief Growth Officer at Fiserv, leading enterprise strategy and business development initiatives to enhance client value and accelerate growth. Previously, Kereere led a multi-billion-dollar business and global team as Global Head of Merchant Sales & Acquiring at Visa. Her background also includes leadership roles at American Express, including head of U.S. National Merchant Business and head of Global Network Business. She is a champion for, and sought-after authority on, equity in the corporate space, and has driven leading-edge work to bring analytics to the forefront in the discussion on race and inclusion. Kereere serves as a non-executive Director on the board of Grange Insurance Company and has previously served on the boards of the National Retail Federation Foundation and the American Red Cross (New York)


Byron Vielehr

Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer, Byron C. Vielehr leverages his extensive experience in business leadership and a keen understanding of market dynamics. His key responsibilities include driving the development and execution of enterprise strategy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate venturing and new digital and analytics solutions. Vielehr has broad experience across multiple Fiserv lines of business, including Chief Digital and Data Officer, where he applied his expertise in technology at scale to accelerate the future growth of the digital and data businesses. Previously, he was Head of Payments and Digital Solutions, leading the delivery of digital, biller, enterprise payments, fraud management, pre-paid and online lending solutions with a focus on enabling high-quality integrated technology experiences that reflect how people live and work today. Before joining Fiserv, he served in senior executive roles at Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), including President of North America and President of D&B International, where he was responsible for all D&B businesses outside of North America and global operations. He also served as President and COO of Northstar Systems, CIO of Merrill Lynch Private Client and Merrill Lynch Asset Management, as well as senior executive roles at Strong Capital Management, Thrivent, and SST Inc.


Whitney Stewart Russell

President, Digital Solutions

For 20 years, Whitney Stewart Russell has been focused on the ways technology can enhance consumer financial services experiences. Prior to joining Fiserv, Stewart Russell held executive positions at Higher One, SunTrust Bank and Discover Financial Services. She has also held senior management positions at Carreker, Bank of America, eFunds Corporation and Deluxe Corporation. As a recognized industry thought leader, Stewart Russell has served on the Steering Committee of the US EMV Migration Forum, the MasterCard Debit Advisory Board, the MasterCard Point of Interaction Advisory Board, the STAR Network Advisory Board, the Accel Exchange Advisory Council, the Deluxe Corporation Collaborative, the Consumer Bankers Association Interchange Working Group, and the Financial Services Roundtable Interchange Working Group.


Sunil Sachdev

Head of Fintech and Growth

Sunil Sachdev is a global fintech executive with a significant breadth of experience in banking and payments at companies such as American Express, Meed and Pershing. He has worked for Fiserv for nearly a decade in various roles and geographies. In 2021, Fiserv launched an official Fintech segment of the business, with Sunil leading a team that has greatly accelerated the planning, execution, and delivery of new fintech capabilities across the enterprise. He also leads product management and marketing for a range of capabilities that drive growth for financial institutions using the Fiserv account processing cores. Sunil has established key fintech partnerships to bring innovative services to the vast network of financial institutions and merchants Fiserv serves. In addition, his team continues to make it faster and easier for fintechs to work with Fiserv and embed banking, payments and crypto services into their digital experience.

Theo Curey

President, Credit Union Solutions, Fiserv

Theo Curey joined Fiserv in 2019 and is responsible for the advancement of our core account processing solutions supporting over one-third of U.S. credit unions, with a focus on driving back office efficiency for clients and superior experiences for members. Prior to joining Fiserv, Curey held leadership, strategy and business development roles at ADP since 2011. He served as President of ADP’s GlobalView Human Capital Management (HCM) division, providing HCM expertise to clients in more than 100 countries. Prior to that, he served as General Manager and SVP of Multinational Corporations of the Americas with responsibility over the fast-growing suite of HCM solutions. Curey has also held senior leadership roles at Commercial Metals Company and McKinsey & Company. 


Prasanna Dhore

Chief Data and Analytics Officer, Fiserv

Prasanna Dhore is Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Fiserv. He also serves as a Director of Employers Holdings since October 2015. Prior to joining Fiserv, Dhore was the Chief Data & Analytics and Innovation Officer at Equifax, Inc., one of the three largest American consumer credit reporting agencies, from August 2012 to August 2021. He also served as Vice President of Global Customer Intelligence of Hewlett Packard, Senior Vice President of Mellon Financial Corporation and Executive Vice President of Dreyfus Corporation. He also served as Director for EGI from 2015-2018.


Tom Eck

Senior Vice President, Digital Transformation, Fiserv

Prior to joining Fiserv, Tom Eck spent four years at IBM, where he served as Global CTO of Industry Platforms and Financial Services. Prior to IBM, Tom was the Head of Emerging Technologies at First Data and held technology leadership positions at CIT Group, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and the Associated Press, in addition to serving as founder of several tech startups.


Casey Klyszeiko

Head of Carat and eCommerce, Fiserv

Casey Klyszeiko is Head of Carat and Global eCommerce at Fiserv. Carat is our global omnichannel commerce operating system that enables Enterprise merchants to create new customer experiences and drive more commerce. In this role, Klyszeiko is responsible for developing the strategy and delivering solutions to leading brands across payments, money movement, VAS, and embedded finance. Prior to this role, Klyszeiko led corporate strategy and investments as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth and Ventures at Fiserv. Prior to joining Fiserv, Klyszeiko held multiple senior leadership positions at Visa in the U.S. and U.K. including Global Head of Merchant and Acquiring Strategy and Global Head of Visa Direct Sales. Klyszeiko’s experience also includes 7 years at American Express, where he developed deep industry expertise across corporate strategy, product management, and business development.


David McIninch

Head of Next Generation Solutions, Fiserv

David McIninch is Head of Next Generation Solutions for the Banking business at Fiserv. He has worked at both Fortune 500 and venture-backed growth technology firms around the world. Prior to joining Fiserv in 2018, McIninch was Head of Marketing and Sales at VC-backed fintech Jobber, Chief Revenue Officer for Montreal-based AI/MarTech startup Acquisio (acquired by and held senior leadership positions at ADP around the world for nearly a decade. McIninch has a passion for the design, development, and execution of transformative growth strategies that drive meaningful shareholder value.


Randy Piatt

Vice President, Product Solutions and Marketing, Fiserv

Randy Piatt has over 20 years’ experience in the payments, cards, and banking industries. Piatt leads the Ondot product solutions team, where he is responsible for product-related prospect and existing client efforts, while driving a "voice of the customer" perspective back into our product development processes. Prior to joining Fiserv, Piatt led product strategy for payments and rewards for the private label and co-brand product offerings at Alliance Data Card. He also led numerous product initiatives, including the launch of the Ondot solution for the co-brand portfolio. Prior to joining ADS, Randy was at FIS (formerly Metavante and M&I Data) where he started as a developer, but also held roles in Sales Support, Sales, and Solution Architecture over 15 years.


Tim Ruhe

Vice President, Real-Time Payments, Fiserv

Tim Ruhe is responsible for an enterprise approach to real-time payments, including strategy for enabling real-time capabilities for financial institutions, billers, and businesses across all Fiserv financial institution payment services – core integration, person-to-person payments, bill pay, commercial payments and beyond. Ruhe has led several product innovation initiatives at Fiserv, including person-to-person payments, integrated payments and mobile banking. Prior to joining Fiserv, Tim held various product leadership positions at CheckFree, Corillian and several early stage technology companies.


Frank Sanchez

Co-Founder, Finxact and Vice Chairman, Fiserv

Frank Sanchez is the Vice Chairman of Fiserv and a co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Finxact subsidiary, which was recently acquired by Fiserv. Sanchez has four decades of financial technology experience with numerous industry achievements throughout his career. Prior to his current role, Sanchez was a co-founder and COO, of the digital bank Zenbanx, which was acquired by SoFi in 2017. Previously, Sanchez served as the President of Enterprise Banking and Retail Solutions for Fidelity Information Services Inc. and was the Global Head of R&D from 2004-2011. Sanchez was the chief architect and developer of the industry’s first and one of its most successful core banking systems, which continues to operate across hundreds of financial institutions around the world and is recognized as an industry leading banking platform for direct banks. He will continue in his role as the chief product architect for the Finxact cloud-native core banking platform. He also served as a board member for payments system provider, TSA/ACI (NASDAQ: ACIW), global technology and consulting services provider, Covansys (acquired by CSC), and KYC/AML compliance and screening services provider Regulatory DataCorp (RDC) and on numerous technology advisory committees.


Matt Wilcox

President, Digital Payments, Fiserv

Matt Wilcox is responsible for Turnkey Services for a multitude of Fiserv product lines while also focusing on creating high-growth digital experiences in the real-time payment solutions marketplace. Wilcox oversees collaboration opportunities within the financial services industry helping to build digital and payment strategies and product innovations that help drive revenue, client retention, and new client acquisition. Prior to joining Fiserv, Wilcox spent 15 years with Zions Bancorporation serving as Senior Vice President and the Director of Digital Channels and Marketing. During his career, Wilcox directed work in emerging technologies, mobile and online banking, payments, social media, and marketing strategies. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences and was recently recognized by Bank Innovation as one of the Industry’s top innovators for the second consecutive year.
