Frank Bisignano joined Fiserv in July 2019. He previously served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Data Corporation until the company’s acquisition by Fiserv in July 2019. During his tenure at First Data, Bisignano transformed the 48-year-old company from the world’s largest traditional payment processor into a technology innovator, industry collaborator, and commerce enabler for the 21st century.
Before joining First Data, Bisignano served as Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Mortgage Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Bisignano has also served in leadership positions at Citigroup, including Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the company’s Global Transaction Services unit.

Dr. Janet L. Yellen is a Distinguished Fellow in Residence at the Hutchins Center on Fiscal and Monetary Policy at the Brookings Institution. From February 2014 to February 2018, under the Obama and Trump Administrations, she served as chair of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, making history as the first woman to be appointed to that position. Yellen also enjoyed an accomplished career in academia, including Harvard University, London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of California at Berkeley. She has a doctorate in economics from Yale University.

A retired four-star general, Gen. Stan McChrystal is best known for developing and implementing a comprehensive counterinsurgency strategy in Afghanistan and for creating a cohesive counter-terrorism organization that revolutionized the interagency operating culture. Lynn McCreary is Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Fiserv, Inc., where she is responsible for the legal affairs of the corporation, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial contracts, employment matters, intellectual property, litigation and corporate compliance. McCreary joined Fiserv in March 2010 and became the Chief Legal Officer in 2013.
McCreary has over 35 years of experience in business and management. Prior to joining Fiserv, McCreary was a partner with Bryan Cave, LLP, where she represented commercial, retail, financial and insurance companies, and held numerous leadership roles, including managing partner of the firm’s San Francisco office. She began her career in financial services with Citicorp Person to Person.
