Jeff Yabuki

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Fiserv

Jeff Yabuki joined Fiserv as Chief Executive Officer in 2005. Under his leadership, the company has transformed from a traditional holding company model into a global leader in payments and Fintech, focused on providing best-in-class financial and payments software, services and solutions that enable people to move and manage money at the point of thought.

Since 2005, the company has grown through a combination of internal investments and strategic acquisitions. With the acquisition of First Data in 2019, Yabuki expanded the company’s ability to deliver differentiated value to its clients through market-leading Fintech and payments solutions for financial institutions, corporate and merchant clients, and consumers. Yabuki has led the company to enter this decade with distinction as a FORTUNE® World’s Most Admired Company® for seven years running and nine of the last ten.

Frank Bisignano

President and Chief Operating Officer, Fiserv

Frank Bisignano joined Fiserv in July 2019. He previously served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Data Corporation until the company’s acquisition by Fiserv in July 2019. During his tenure at First Data, Bisignano transformed the 48-year-old company from the world’s largest traditional payment processor into a technology innovator, industry collaborator, and commerce enabler for the 21st century.

Before joining First Data, Bisignano served as Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Mortgage Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Bisignano has also served in leadership positions at Citigroup, including Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the company’s Global Transaction Services unit. 

Dr. Janet Yellen

Chair, Board of Governors, Federal Reserve System (2014-2018)

Dr. Janet L. Yellen is a Distinguished Fellow in Residence at the Hutchins Center on Fiscal and Monetary Policy at the Brookings Institution. From February 2014 to February 2018, under the Obama and Trump Administrations, she served as chair of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, making history as the first woman to be appointed to that position. Yellen also enjoyed an accomplished career in academia, including Harvard University, London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of California at Berkeley. She has a doctorate in economics from Yale University.

Michael Dell

Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dell Technologies

Michael Dell leads Dell Technologies, an innovator and technology leader providing the essential infrastructure for organizations to build their digital future, transform IT and protect their most important information. In 1992, Michael became the youngest CEO ever to earn a ranking on the Fortune 500. He was also the architect of the largest technology deal in history with the combination of Dell, EMC and VMware. In 1999, he and his wife, Susan Dell, established the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation to accelerate opportunity for children growing up in urban poverty in the U.S., India and South Africa. He is a member of the International Business Council, the Technology CEO Council and the Business Roundtable. He also serves on the advisory board of Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management in Beijing, China, on the governing board of the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India, and is a board member of Catalyst.

General Stan McChrystal

Former Commander of U.S. and International Forces in Afghanistan

A retired four-star general, Gen. Stan McChrystal is best known for developing and implementing a comprehensive counterinsurgency strategy in Afghanistan and for creating a cohesive counter-terrorism organization that revolutionized the interagency operating culture. In addition to his role as former commander of U.S. and International Forces in Afghanistan, Gen. McChrystal commanded Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), the national’s premier military counter-terrorism force. Now retired from active duty, he is a passionate advocate for national service and veterans’ issues.

Dr. Kelly McGonigal

Health Psychologist and Lecturer, Stanford University

Dr. Kelly McGonigal is a pioneer in the field of “science-help” and the author of several books, including the international bestseller, “The Willpower Instinct,” and “The Upside of Stress.” Her 2013 TED talk, “How to Make Stress Your Friend” is one of the 20 most-viewed TED talks of all time, with more than 23 million views. Dr. McGonigal’s newest book, “The Joy of Movement,” goes beyond familiar arguments in favor of exercise, to illustrate why movement is integral to both our happiness and our humanity.

Dame Vivian Hunt

Managing Partner for McKinsey & Company, UK and Ireland

Previously named “the most influential black woman in Britain” and “one of the top 25 consultants in the world,” Dame Vivian Hunt advises clients on topics of performance improvement, productivity growth and leadership. She is Chair of Teach First, British American Business and many other organizations and a co-author of some of McKinsey’s most influential publications across the topics of Future of Work, productivity and skills, and inclusion and diversity.

Lynn McCreary

Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Fiserv

Lynn McCreary is Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Fiserv, Inc., where she is responsible for the legal affairs of the corporation, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial contracts, employment matters, intellectual property, litigation and corporate compliance. McCreary joined Fiserv in March 2010 and became the Chief Legal Officer in 2013.

McCreary has over 35 years of experience in business and management. Prior to joining Fiserv, McCreary was a partner with Bryan Cave, LLP, where she represented commercial, retail, financial and insurance companies, and held numerous leadership roles, including managing partner of the firm’s San Francisco office.  She began her career in financial services with Citicorp Person to Person.
