Registration and Fees

What is the Forum conference registration fee and what does it include?
The conference registration fee of $1,295 per person provides access to all Forum sessions, full-conference meal functions and receptions. Hotel accommodation is a separate fee. Accommodation options will be available for registration in early 2020.

May I bring my spouse or another guest to the conference?
Guests of Fiserv clients are welcome. Guest fees are $695 per person and include access to all meal functions, evening receptions and the Client Appreciation Experience, which features headline entertainment. Please note all guests must be at least 21 years old.

What is the age policy for guests?
All guests must be 21 or older due to liability requirements and the availability of alcohol at evening events.

How can I modify an existing registration?

If my plans change, what is the cancellation policy?
Please submit cancellations to Fiserv Meeting Services at by 5 p.m. CT Monday, June 1, 2020. Cancellations after this date are nonrefundable.

Accommodations and Venue

When will hotel registration be available?
Housing registration will launch in early 2020. Early registrants will receive confirmation of accommodation options at that time.


What is the best way to get from the airport to my hotel?
There are plenty of affordable options to get from Las Vegas’ McCarran International Airport to the conference hotels. Typically, a taxi or ride-share service will cost less than $30. Transportation options can be found on the transportation page of the airport’s website.


What is the recommended attire?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference sessions, and casual attire is appropriate for evening events. Keep in mind that the temperature inside the conference center tends to be cool. 

Name Badges

Are name badges required at the conference?
For security purposes, conference attendees and their registered guests will be issued official name badges at registration. These badges are required throughout the conference space and for entry to all conference events.

I can only attend part of the conference. Is it OK if I share my badge with my colleague?
Each attendee needs to register separately as each badge is valid for one attendee. Badge sharing, splitting or reproduction is prohibited.

What happens if I lose my badge?
Your badge is your entry pass to all Forum events, so be sure to keep an eye on it. If it’s misplaced, the guest registration fee of $695 will be charged for a single badge reprint. Any additional reprints will be charged the full $1,295 registration fee.

Client Appreciation Experience

Can a guest attend the Client Appreciation Experience only for a reduced fee?
Registered guests of Forum attendees are welcome to attend the Client Appreciation Experience. The $695 guest fee includes access to all full-conference meal functions, evening receptions and the Client Appreciation Experience. Please note all guests must be at least 21 years old.
