Conference Update

Due to the concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to cancel the in-person elements of Forum 2020 scheduled for June 15–18 in Las Vegas, and plan to convert certain parts of our event to a virtual program. Although this was a difficult decision to make, there is nothing more important than the safety and well-being of our client attendees, partners and associates.

At the same time, we want to ensure we provide you with insights into our solution evolution, innovation focus, and ways in which you can enhance the technology services you provide to your customers. Forum is one of our most important touchpoints of the year for connecting with our clients, and we will miss spending time with you in this venue. In the coming weeks, we'll unveil new ways to move the dialogue forward on commerce, financial services and payments. With the change around us there is much to discuss – please stay tuned for details.

For those who have registered, a full refund will automatically be processed, and you will receive complimentary digital passes for the virtual event. No action is required, and you can expect confirmation via email in the coming days.

Lastly, we recognize the financial hardship that the dramatic number of event cancellations are having on the people and small businesses who depend on them for their livelihood. Although we won't have an opportunity to meet as planned in Las Vegas, we can still honor our commitment to 'leave this place better than we found it.' So on behalf of you – our clients – Fiserv is making a donation to the United Way of Southern Nevada to support emergency assistance for local families. There has never been a more important time to extend our collective reach to those in need.
