First Alliance Credit Union of Rochester, MN, wanted to meet the demand for immediate access to a new debit or credit card so that it could attract and retain members. Lacking the means to do so, credit union leaders found a solution in Instant Issue Advantage: Tablet from Fiserv. It filled the need for a fast, easy way to issue cards and provide a competitive service by enabling employees to meet members at the door, tablet in hand, easily issue new cards and test the cards on the spot.
