Fiserv offers an engineering and architecture centre that provides innovative technology solutions in fintech and payments to global clients.
Global Services works across Fiserv for flagship solution development, testing, deployment and support, provided by associates in India and the U.S. We have operated in India since 2005 and have consistently delivered strong performance and innovative solutions through global delivery centers at Bengaluru, Chennai, National Capital Region and Pune that support clients around the world.
We also offer a complete spectrum of infrastructure and application management services across multiple solutions and platforms; and manage product engineering for several Fiserv solutions. Our Finance Shared Services and Integrated Business Services support key processes across the enterprise.

Srini is responsible for leading an organization of 8,000 engineers who provide services across engineering, infrastructure management, business process automation, product management, quality assurance, centres of excellence, business analytics and insights. With over two decades of leadership experience spanning strategy and technology innovation, Srini works to deliver business value along with overall client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Mamta Sharma
Senior Vice President, HR Head, Global Services
Mamta is an advisor to the senior leadership team across India on all talent-related dimensions. She has a record of driving transformation to build organizational depth, culture and capability. Mamta is a sponsor for the Fiserv diversity and inclusion charter and plays an active leadership role in influencing progressive policies and guiding Employee Resource Groups.
